Ingehaakt products are sent by post as a letterbox package or as a package with track and trace.

All our crocheted products are handmade, and those in stock will ship within 2-3 business days. If something is out of stock, it will be handmade especially for you. Delivery time can then vary up to 30 days. We will contact you to discuss this further.

Delivery times depend in part on PostNL's delivery of the products. Both we and PostNL strive for timely delivery and make every effort to achieve this. You will be notified once the package has been handed over to PostNL.

If you have special delivery requests, a specific supplier, international shipping, or would like to collect your order in Enschede, please contact us.

Shipping within the Netherlands

Orders within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge.

Shipping within the EU

For shipping abroad (within the EU) the rate is €7.50

Orders above €50.00 are also shipped free here.
