Shipping policy

Ingehaakt products are sent by mail as a letterbox package or as a package with track and trace.

Ingehaakt delivers the order to the post office within 2-3 business days.

The delivery time depends on the post office for the delivery of the ordered products. Both we and the post office strive for timely delivery and make every effort to achieve this. You will be notified as soon as the package has been transferred to the post office.

If you have any special delivery requirements, a preference for a specific supplier, shipping abroad, or if you wish to collect the products in Enschede, please contact us.

Shipping within the Netherlands

Orders within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge.

 

Shipping within the EU

For shipping abroad (within the EU), the rate is €7.50.

Orders over €50.00 are also shipped free of charge.
