Return period/Cancellation period

You can return your order without giving a reason within 14 days (after receiving the goods) or cancel it within 14 days of placing your order. Please contact us before returning or canceling, and we will discuss a suitable alternative or a refund of the purchase price.

After this return notification or cancellation, you have 14 days to return any (unopened) products without giving a reason.

Do you want to return your purchase/exercise your right of withdrawal?

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

We prefer to receive returns in the original packaging in which we sent them to you. If you no longer have the original packaging, or if it is unsuitable, please return the item to us in suitable packaging. The product may only be opened or used to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it.

Please include the enclosed invoice and/or packing slip with your return shipment. This will ensure smoother processing. You are responsible for the costs and risk of returning the product.

After receiving the goods, we will refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
