Returns/Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include the enclosed invoice and/or packing slip with your return shipment. This will ensure smoother processing. You are responsible for the costs and risk associated with the return shipment.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will then assess the problem and resolve it for you.

Exceptions/Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.

 

14-Day Legal Cooling-Off Period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason or no reason at all. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within ten business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
Please contact us at info@ingehaakt.nl if it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return.

Return Period / Cancellation Period

You may return your order without providing a reason within 14 days or cancel the order. Before returning or canceling, please contact us so we can discuss a suitable alternative or a refund for the amount spent on the products.

After notifying us of the return or cancellation, you have 14 days to return unopened products without providing a reason.

Would you like to return your purchase or exercise your right of withdrawal?

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all accessories included and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to try out the product, we may charge you for the resulting decrease in the product’s value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

We prefer to receive returns in the original packaging in which we sent it to you. If you no longer have the original packaging, or if it is not suitable, please return the item to us in sturdy packaging. The product may only be opened or used to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it.

Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund the order amount within 14 days of your return request, provided the product has already been returned in good condition.
